Shipping
- Free shipping across India on orders above ₹2,999. Below that, a flat ₹99.
- Dispatched from our Delhi atelier in 2–3 working days.
- Delivery in 4–7 working days; 7–10 for the North East, Andaman & Nicobar and Lakshadweep.
- Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us.
Returns
- Seven days from delivery. Unworn, unwashed, tags intact, in the original muslin bag.
- Free reverse pickup at serviceable PIN codes; elsewhere we refund the courier cost.
- Refunds return to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5–7 working days.
- Custom-stitched sizes, altered pieces and blouse stitching are final sale.

Between two sizes? Take the larger — our blouses and kurtas carry a half-inch seam allowance for alteration. For custom stitching, email your measurements with the order number to [email protected].
Payments
- Payments are handled by Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets.
- Card details never touch our servers — Razorpay's checkout collects them directly.
- All prices are in Indian rupees, inclusive of taxes.
- If money leaves your account but the order doesn't confirm, write to us with the payment id — failed payments are auto-reversed within 5–7 working days.
