The Paithani pallu is not printed or embroidered — it is woven, thread by thread, in an interlocking tapestry technique that leaves no float on the reverse. The peacock pallu on this piece took nineteen days.

Pure zari border in the traditional narali (coconut) pattern, with buttis scattered across the body.

Reverses cleanly: the pattern reads identically on both faces, which is the traditional test of a real Paithani.

Includes an unstitched blouse piece.

Care — Dry clean only. Store rolled rather than folded to protect the zari.

GI MarkGeographical Indications Registry, Government of India Certifies that the weave was made in the region whose name it carries, by the technique that region is registered for.
Silk MarkSilk Mark Organisation of India, Central Silk Board Certifies that the fabric is 100% natural silk — not art silk, not a blend. Each tag carries a unique hologram number.
